Set Up Course Reserves
To place materials on course reserve, download and fill out this form. Return the completed form to the library, or email it to Ruth Angelos, Circulation Coordinator, at email@example.com.
Course Reserve Guidelines
- It will take two to five business days to process course reserves materials, and takes longer at the beginning of the semester due to high volume.
- Reference books, bound periodicals, and books from other libraries (Interlibrary Loan) may not be put on reserve.
- If you would like to put more than 10 titles on reserve, please contact the Circulation Coordinator to obtain prior approval.
- Articles: Whenever possible, please insert a link to electronic copies of articles on your class Eureka site. If the article is available in a Westmont library database, link to Eureka through the database. Paper copies of articles will only be accepted if a scanned or electronic version is unavailable, and will be scanned and put on e-reserve. Professors are responsible for copyright compliance. Professors may request copyright permission for articles which will be used longer than one semester at: www.copyright.com. The library does not assume responsibility for any fees associated with obtaining copyright clearance.
